I have tried requesting a refund for more than 24 hours and I still haven't received any response from you yet. I have also tried cancelling my account/recurrent billing and although it said it was fully cancelled, it still shows as active. It's practically impossible to completely cancel or delete your account, as they request that you provide a code that takes forever to come back to you.
